After a busy first day exploring Prague under the summer sun, Dan and I took some time to relax and do some shopping. We ended up at FotoSkoda to take a look at the film cameras and I also bought a cross body camera strap in green. Having a camera strap around my neck is too uncomfortable during long days shooting! It's been a long 4 years since I've travelled anywhere so I'm learning all over again along the way.

The learning includes vlogging. I couldn't decide if it's easier to use the same GM 24mm f1.4 Dan uses for his cinematic videos. An upside is that we only have one lens for both of us to use for video. The downside is that my arm gets tired from being fully outstretched to be able to see more of the location I'm in while talking. On the other hand, I also have the G 20mm f1.8 with me which is usually my dedicated vlogging lens. The upside is it's super wide, the downside is that it's SO similar to the 24mm! Watch my vlog below and let me know what you think.

After shopping, we decided to explore Prague during blue hour. Once the sun sets, the air is fresher and cooler which was so nice. I took photos of the city and of Dan on a bridge with my Sony A7IV and GM 85mm f1.4. I love the bokeh in the background of these portraits of Dan.
