dan and i were recently on board to shoot the hello molly campaign, one of australia's biggest online stores. we spent the first half of the day indoors shooting their studio lookbook, and the rest of the day outdoors in the beautiful winter sunshine shooting their on location campaign. we got to work with a wonderful team, the girls at hello molly are all lovely and talented, my fav lidija on makeup and inka who was flown in all the way from bali for this shoot.

sahara mahala | mimi elashiry for alexandra redmond

alexandra redmond's latest collection sahara mahala is based on a tropical island surrounded by sand dunes, leafy palms, cool breezes and radiant suns. it was only fitting we photographed the campaign photos in a desert oasis, finishing the day off running through the waves crashing on the shoreline.

in the days of never ending sunshine and a wonderful warmth on your skin, i photographed alexandra redmond's latest jewellery collection. we took photos at the beautiful boat house on balmoral beach and as the clouds rolled over the sky and water drops started trickling in, we continued to photograph alex's brightly coloured necklaces in the rain.

we all met early in the morning at the beach and covered the sand in suzi rose's new collection of pastel coloured & sequin garments, all beautifully glimmering in the sun. we spent the rest of the day photographing this on location lookbook. this is suzi rose's latest collection, the wanderer.

i met a girl on the side of the road, who skipped school and liked to wander the suburbs in the rain. she set fire to her lungs and held onto the summertime blues tightly in her pocket like a secret.

not too long ago, the amazing black milk clothing (who i may or may not be in love with) sent me a box of their clothing so i can shoot with. my lovely little team and i spent a day walking around the streets of annandale take photos on the road, in the front yards of quaint houses, random alleys and outside the annandale hotel.

summer '91

this is my final shoot for the wonderful oh deer vintage during the cold, rainy days in the middle of summer. the first time we went to shoot the day was so dreary and not a single spot of blue could be seen. i was so sad that we weren't going to be able to shoot at all, but every one was happy to reschedule for a sunny summer's day.

the sunny summer's day finally came along a couple of weeks later and hannah traveled all the way from canberra and lidija from the city to wollongong and back just in time before work to be able to shoot together! it was all perfect from there; we sat in the tree's shade in a park bench to do makeup and talk about shoots and a video clip hannah starred in. then we headed to the beach and the sun rays laid to rest on my shoulders as hannah turned into a dancing pixie in the ocean. this girl is only fifteen years young and is already so talented and has accomplished so much, i really can't wait to see what she gets up to in the future!
