The GM 35mm f1.4 is a small and sharp prime lens when paired with the Sony A7III. This 35mm f1.4 focuses with ease in strong backlight situations with both eye AF and subject tracking. In this portrait photoshoot on the GM 35mm f1.4, I share the image quality and sharpness when taking portraits at wide open apertures.
I decided to do a fun portrait photography photoshoot with 2 M42 vintage lenses including the Super-Takumar 55mm f2 and Super-Takumar 35mm f3.5.
The Sigma 35mm f1.2 is the worlds first autofocus 35mm f1.2 lens for Sony E-mount full frame cameras. I will be using it for portrait photography on the Sony A7III at a wide open aperture of f1.2 in natural light.
